How to apply?

 

1. Download the Application Form

2. Fill in the Application Form.

3. Print this form after you fill in its entirely and sign it with

     written signature.

4. Send a colour scanned document of this form to:

    umy.inss@gmail.com

5. You will receive the email confirmation from the Official

    INSS 2017 at maximum 48 hours after we received the  

    email.

6. We will send you the Letter of Acceptance after you

    passed the document requirement.

    The document requirements are:

    - Filled Application Form

    - Passport sized recent photo ( .jpng or .png )

    - Copy of student ID ( .jpng or .png )

    - Copy of passport ( .jpng or .png )

    - Copy of transcript or academic record (.pdf)

   In Letter of Acceptance, there will be Bank Account to transfer

   the fee of INSS 2017 $ dollar ‐full amount (see in packed).

 

*please note to make sure the payment is transferred fully  $ . dollar . We will ask you to send in full amount banking payment

 

Note :

The maximum registration on July 1st, 2017

You need to pay 25% of the total maximum 2 weeks after you send the registration
